About Us

About Us:

GEIGER GOULD PROPERTIES, LLC started on January 13-2010 in Brevard County Florida, after 20 years of extensive Real Estate Investments, Executive Recruitment and Sales. The company is owned by Nanci E. Gould-Broker and Geiger Snelgrove-Realtor-Operations Director.
Our lucrative Real Estate Career started in 1983 where we started a successful Executive Search Firm called National Search which focused on Executives within the Real Estate/Development/Construction, Insurance and Healthcare Industries. We sold the company in 2003 and developed a Real Estate Investment firm now known as Geiger Gould Properties.
Our business model is straight forward and was developed upon the standing principle that old fashioned service works, especially when combined with the latest technologies available. We stay on top of technology and use it to our benefit but you won’t find us hiding behind text messages, emails, or voicemails. We still communicate directly with our clients and stand by the principles of personal customer service, mutual respect and the ability to utilize proven business strategies and the most comprehensive technologies available.

GEIGER GOULD PROPERTIES is a full service Specialty Boutique Real Estate Brokerage. Our primary focus is specializing in Baby Boomers, Senior Downsizing, and Probate-Trust-Conservatory-Guardianship Real Estate. We are committed to continuing our education and helping individuals and families transition during various situations.
As Baby Boomers and Seniors we personally understand the complexities of our generation and the changing needs we have in addition to our aging parents and families. We have advanced training and can interact easily with all generations, including the Seniors, Boomers, Adult Children, Grandchildren, Caregivers, Legal and Medical Authorities.
At Geiger Gould Properties we focus on the people, not just the places. We help our clients research future retirement housing options, buy a second home that may become a retirement home or sell the large family home, downsize and look for more appropriate housing that will provide years of comfortable living. Our younger clients include Baby Boomers hat are helping their parents find more accessible housing so that they can continue to live independently.
