GRI-This is an advanced certification as Graduate REALTOR Institute. The REALTOR has gained an in-depth knowledge of marketing, negotiating, business, sellers/buyers and a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism.

SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist-This designation is only awarded to those who have additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life Real Estate Transactions like Senior Downsizing. They draw upon the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as Attorneys, CPA, Case Managers, Assisted Living, Estate Planners, Estate Sales/Appraisers and many other qualified professional who only work in this sector.
CPRES-Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist-This certification is earned only by those Realtors who take the extra time for continuing education and are sensitive and knowledgeable in the specific areas of PROBATE, TRUSTS, CONSERVATORY, and GUARDIANSHIP. They must be able to work as a liaison with many family members in addition to other professionals and the court system.
CDPE-Certified Distressed Property Expert- This specialty is a Real Estate Professional which specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the Real Estate Industry.
